Your choices regarding the information we hold
We want to ensure you remain in control of your personal data. Part of this is making sure you understand your legal rights, which include the right to:
Access your personal information (known as a ‘subject access request’);
Object to processing of your personal information;
Object to automated decision-making and profiling;
Restrict the processing of your personal information;
Portability of your personal data;
Correction of your personal information; and
Erasure of your personal information
Please keep in mind that not all of the rights listed above are absolute and, though we will always try to respond to your satisfaction, there may be situations where we are unable to do so.
If you are aFor Baby’s Sake service user and have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to talk to your For Baby’s Sake Practitioner or their Team Manager, who may be able to answer all of your questions or else will put you in touch with the Trusts’s Data Protection Officer.
