Tracey Harrison

Tracey was a partner at Ernst and Young LLP and an MD at Accenture. She has worked and lived in Asia, the US and Europe designing and delivering large scale and complex strategic change programmes. During her early career, Tracey worked as a Probation Officer, a community worker, and for British Rail and the BBC.

She is MD of HMM, a strategic consultancy; Trustee of the Barbican Centre; a Director of UCAS MEdia and is the Strategic Advisor to Blueprint for All. 

Tracey was named one of the “50 Women to Watch 2019” in the Female FTSE Board Report 2019. She was given Freedom of the City of London in 2018 for her contribution to social mobility within the City.
